Youth LEAD works with a team of in-country representatives to coordinate the grassroots engagement of young people across 19 countries: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam.

Youth LEAD partners with UN agencies, multi and bi lateral donors, foundations, INGOs, and technical organizations. These partners ensure that young people and their organizations are adequately supported, both financially and technically, and work together with Youth LEAD to ensure that the issue of young people and HIV are integrated into broader development agendas.
Youth LEAD works closely with other national and regional networks, as well as civil society members, to support each other through programs and advocacy agendas aimed towards a better HIV response.
