Vu Tran Dung (Soo Soo), graduated with a bachelor degree in Civil Law. He has been working on HIV/AIDS since 2013 and started engaging in the YKP movement since 2014. Soo is an advocate and activist on HIV/AIDS, SRHR and LGBTQI rights and has been involved with many community based organisations working on YKP advocacy. Furthermore, Soo has been involved in producing various research on key populations in his country. Soo has been a coordinator of many projects such as, the stigma index and the regional research on ARV accessibility for PLHIV in Asia Pacific. Involved in the establishment of the Vietnam Network Of Young Key Populations in 2016, with support to become legally registered, Soo is now the current advisor to this network.  Having been associated with Youth LEAD since 2014, Soo has held the position as the focal point for Vietnam since then. Youth LEAD welcomes Soo as a newly elected board member.
